แลมป์ช็อป (Lamb chop, eggplant caviar millefeuille and turned zucchini) ประทับใจมากที่สุด ปกติไม่ค่อยกินแกะ แต่วันนี้ลองสั่งแล้วชอบไปเลย แกะนุ่ม ความสุกกำลังดี ซอสอร่อย ชนะเลิศจริงๆค่ะจานนี้

 

ถ้าไม่ชอบเส้น ไม่ชอบแกะ ก็แนะนำปลาแซลมอนค่ะ

ปลาแซลมอนแทสมาเนียนนาบกระทะซอสเลมอนบัตเตอร์ (Pan seared Tasmanian Salmon, coriander mashed potatoes, lemon butter sauce)

เงื่อนไขการขึ้นมาตรงนี้คือ ไม่ต้องจองล่วงหน้าก็ได้ แต่ขึ้นมาแล้วบังคับว่าต้องสั่งเครื่องดื่ม 1 แก้วค่ะ

ก็เห็นวิวสวยไปอีกแบบค่ะ เครื่องดื่มก็ราคาแรงอยู่นะคะ

นั่งชมวิว นั่งถ่ายรูปกับบรรยากาศสวยๆ ของกรุงเทพ เพลินมากจริงๆ

Red Sky Bangkok is one of the best Rooftop Restaurant in Bangkok. I would say that this place is really beautiful view and delicious food too. It is on the 55-56th floor of the Centara Grand CentralWorld.

 

The seats are available in both air-conditioned rooms and in the outdoor. Of course, we chose Outdoor!
 

When we arrive, we take a look at the view, take a photo and have a lot of fun.


Ready to taste, bread comes first, pretty good.

Appetizer
Amuse Bouche : Cheese Canape

Most impressed I rarely eat Lamb. But today I try to order and I like it, soft lamb, perfect cooked, delicious sauce, really winning.

Finished meal I moved to the next step. CRU Champagne Bar is on the 57th floor.

 

Here, the view is beautiful and has good drinks.

I tasted Ramakien , Swallow’s Nest and Chilly Willy.

 

We sit and watch the view and take pictures with the beautiful atmosphere of Bangkok, really enjoyable!
